Now, you can easily get a lot of water from flowers. However, to maximize your water collection, you need to keep track of it at all times in the game.
When you hold down the T key, you’ll see that it will show the day and night scale in the top right corner. The perfect time to harvest dew is before the sun comes out, which means you’ll get the most water from your plants when you harvest during that little cycle.
Of course, this also means you have to be ready around some flowers that are about to mature. In this case, once the time is right, you can take out Industrial Dew Scythe and use it, and you’ll be able to really collect a lot of water.

In terms of production efficiency, Windtrap is an extremely inefficient way to collect water. Especially when you are playing a game and desperately need water, you will find it very slow to collect water this way.
It’s worth noting, however, that Windtrap remains functional when you’re offline, so it’s a great option when you’re not playing. Especially if you’re offline or sleeping in real life and don’t play for more than 10 hours, Windtrap will bring you a lot of water during that time.
However, this Windtrap is very expensive, and Dune Awakening items required to make it are: 90 Steel Ingot, 30 Silicone Block, and 20 Calibrated Servok.
